Services
Due to our services being highly customized, it is necessary to review your artwork (embroidery digitizing or vectorization services), including but not limited to checking its spelling, colors, print quality, and placement. You are obligated to review all the designs and check for errors of any kind prior to the production process. A first sew-out test should be run prior to performing the batch run for the digitized order. Please review with care. MCS Digitizing is not responsible for any damages, inconsistencies, and/or inaccuracies to the garment or vectorized file. All National logos are subject to license or permission from the customers. MCS Digitizing shall not be held accountable for any misuse of any logo, vectorized, and/or digitized design.

Any and/or all the information contained in this website or portal is subject to change from time to time without giving you any prior notice before or after the implementation.
Payment Terms
The invoice/bill is generated when the service ordered is placed on our platform; you have the option of making the payment immediately or once the service has been completed and delivered. Once the payment is received, you will be able to access the deliverables (embroidery machine files and vector files). You can also pay the invoice/bill on a weekly/monthly basis.
Your orders will be invoiced according to the price quoted or the consented price decided prior to the billing process. Furthermore, special prices are applicable to bulk orders. Limitation of Liability
MCS Digitizing always strives to ensure that the services provided on its website and portal are accurate and delivered on time. However, the final responsibility lies with the customer/buyer. MCS Digitizing will not be liable for any such issues and/or problems (of any kind) arising out of delay and/or inaccuracy.

Return, Refund, OR Exchange Policy
Due to the digital nature of products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
However, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee in most cases once we evaluate and concur with your reason to be valid.
Shipping or Delivery
All orders for digitizing and vectorization will be electronically delivered to the customer’s provided email address or through our web portal and will not involve any physical posting. Patches, however, will be physically shipped, and the charges will be determined by our logistics partner.
